The Celebration Collection Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 1, 2025

Welcome to The Celebration Collection! By subscribing to our celebration boxes (physical or digital), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription Plans & Commitment Terms

We offer several subscription options, each with a defined commitment period:

  • Monthly Plan: Billed monthly. Cancel anytime before your next renewal to avoid future charges.

  • 3-Month Plan (Full Pay): One-time payment for 3 boxes, renewing automatically every 3 months unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • 6-Month Commitment Plan: Billed monthly for 6 months. By selecting this plan, you agree to complete the full 6-month term.

  • 12-Month Commitment Plan: Billed monthly for 12 months. By selecting this plan, you agree to complete the full 12-month term.

  • Digital-Only Plans: All plans above are available in digital-only format at a reduced rate.

⚠️ Commitment-based plans (3-, 6-, and 12-month) automatically renew for the same term unless canceled before the next renewal. Early cancellations are not permitted once a term has begun.

2. Billing

  • Monthly Plan: Charged every 30 days.

  • 3-Month Plan: Charged once every 3 months (prepaid for the full term).

  • 6-Month Plan: Billed monthly for 6 months.

  • 12-Month Plan: Billed monthly for 12 months.

All prices are listed in USD and may change with notice.

Coupons and promotions apply at initial purchase only, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellations & Pauses

  • Monthly Plan: Cancel anytime before your next billing date.

  • 3-Month Plan: Cancel before your next renewal to avoid being recharged for the next 3-month cycle.

  • 6- and 12-Month Plans: Cannot be canceled mid-term. Your card will be charged monthly for the duration of the commitment.

Pausing shipments is available in special cases but does not pause billing.

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Boxes ship by the 15th of each month, containing items intended for the following month’s celebration.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct and up to date.

  • Returned or lost boxes due to incorrect addresses may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless an item arrives damaged or missing.

6. Digital Access & Downloads

  • Digital content is delivered via private links or QR codes.

  • For personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution is prohibited.

7. Gifts, Bonuses & Promotions

  • Free gifts and bonuses are available for qualifying plans or promotions.

  • One gift per subscriber, per promotion. Not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

  • Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials are owned by Celebrate Little Joy, LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here and shared with subscribers as needed.
